Requirements
Requirements are used to modify elements of an observation specification or other scheduling element. A Requirement may modify the overall timing or pointing for that element (and all lower-level elements it is composed of), or may provide specific settings to be applied to the component exposures (e.g., the LAMP STATE under CALIBRATION ).
