Submission

When observation planning is complete, the APT Program file can be submitted for peer review through the Roman Telescope Proposal System (RTPS) or submitted for scheduling through the APT's Submission tool.

Submitting Proposed Roman Investigations

APT is not used to submit proposed Roman investigations. These are submitted through the Roman Telescope Proposal System (RTPS) operated by the Roman Science Support Center (SSC) at IPAC. The APT file (.apt), however, is one part of the full submission materials. This file will be submitted as an attachment to the proposal submission page on the RTPS website. More information on proposal submission can be found on the Roman Call for Proposals webpage.
