Should I send my question to STScI or IPAC?

The Roman Help Desks work together to make sure that any submitted question will be routed to the correct place and receive a response from a subject matter expert. This means you can submit your question to either desk and be sure it will reach the appropriate place. However, users will likely see quicker response times if their questions are submitted to the correct facility based on the topics described above.
